Orders have come to secure Sector 11. There are three perimeter fences we must secure and we have direct orders not to enter the final, third perimeter for any reason. There are two civilian survivors that for our CRT teams will be our primary objective. I have called upon the Marine Corps to do the initial assault into Sector 11 and our CRT Teams are there to provide back up and secure the facility where the survivors are located.

Within Sector 11, beyond the third perimeter is a time portal. On going experiments with this portal, known as Anomaly 26F have gotten completely out of control. This is causing the portal to remain open and randomly shift between various time eras. This means you may come up against anything from Primordial Ooze to Dinosaurs to combatants from virtually any era of the past or future. Our training has not prepared us for this kind of operation but that is why I have called upon the Marines to head up this operation under our supervision. Likewise they are not as well trained as we are in breaching structures with hostages or freeing survivors in hostile environments.

I cannot stress how important it will be to secure the survivors. They may have valuable information to containing Anomaly 26F and help us bring this situation under control. This is why we are staging a joint operation. The Marines will do what they know best and we will do the same.

You must remember we only have slightly less than three days to finish this mission. If we cannot secure all our objectives within that time frame we must begin evacuation procedures. Twenty four hours after that if you are not off the island there will be no relief and you will be considered a casualty. Our base will be abandoned and as much equipment and the existing facilities will be destroyed.
